Peel and cut half a sweet potato into 1-inch cubes. The color of the eggs actually corresponds to the the color of the chickens that laid them.

I think some people might like that, but personally, it wasn't my thing. It overpowered the flavor of everything else for me.

The part that amazed me was that none of them needed flavoring of any kind. Your mileage may vary, so follow their instructions! They tell you to be careful when handling it out of the microwave, and you do need to be careful, but I found myself able to carry it without a potholder, even though it warmed my hands up quite a lot.

Most workplaces have a microwave that you can heat it up with and maybe a refrigerator to store it in, but the problem comes in with the egg. You'd think something like this would be. This shouldn't be surprising though since the recipe does only call for one egg to be added, although it does have directions for adding two eggs if you'd like. If you're having it for breakfast, you're probably going to want to either eat two of them or have something else on the side, like fruit, oatmeal, or toast.
